AEM Developer
Build and maintain enterprise websites on Adobe Experience Manager Sites for international clients. You'll develop components, templates, and content structures that authors love, and work closely with architects and business stakeholders through full delivery cycles.
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on AEM Sites development (AEM as a Cloud Service or 6.5)
- Strong with HTL, Sling Models, editable templates, and Core Components
- Front-end skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within the AEM clientlib structure
- Experience with Dispatcher configuration, Cloud Manager, and Git-based workflows
AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS) Developer
Build lightning-fast sites on Adobe Edge Delivery Services. You'll develop blocks, set up document-based and Universal Editor authoring, and hit perfect Lighthouse scores, with migration from classic AEM to EDS as part of the job.
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of web development, including recent hands-on work with AEM EDS (Franklin / Helix)
- Strong vanilla JavaScript, CSS, and semantic HTML: no framework dependency
- Experience with block development, document authoring (SharePoint / Google Drive), and Universal Editor
- Solid grasp of Core Web Vitals and performance optimisation
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer
Design and implement personalised, cross-channel customer journeys with Adobe Journey Optimizer on Adobe Experience Platform. You'll set up schemas, audiences, and events, and run email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns for enterprise clients.
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years in marketing technology, including hands-on AJO implementation
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform: XDM schemas, datasets, Real-Time CDP, and audiences
- Experience setting up journeys, events, offer decisioning, and message templates
- Comfortable with APIs, JSON, and integrating AJO with external systems
AEM Java Backend Developer
Own the backend of enterprise AEM platforms. You'll build OSGi services, Sling servlets, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems, write code that holds up at scale, and help shape the technical architecture across client projects.
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of Java development, with at least 3 years on AEM backend
- Deep knowledge of OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR / Oak, and Sling Models
- Experience building custom workflows, schedulers, and REST integrations
- Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service, Maven, and unit testing (JUnit, AEM Mocks)
Senior React / Next.js Engineer
Own complex frontend features for international SaaS and fintech clients. You'll drive architecture decisions, contribute to our design system, and mentor juniors. Expect green-field projects and genuine technical challenge.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years with React and TypeScript
- Strong command of Next.js (App Router, SSR, RSC)
- Experience with performance optimisation and accessibility
- Clear written English, since you'll talk directly with client stakeholders
Senior Node.js / Backend Engineer
Design and build scalable backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and data pipelines. You'll work across stacks such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB and AWS Lambda, and help shape the architecture of several live products.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years with Node.js and TypeScript
- PostgreSQL and REST / GraphQL API design
- AWS (Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFormation)
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
Flutter / Mobile Engineer
Build cross-platform mobile apps for consumer and business clients. You'll take apps from spec to App Store, working directly with designers, backend engineers and clients.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years with Flutter (Dart)
- Familiarity with BLoC or Riverpod state management
- App Store and Play Store release experience
- Bonus: React Native background
Gen AI / LLM Engineer
Build the next generation of AI-powered product features. You'll work on RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, autonomous agents, and vector search systems for clients who are serious about AI adoption.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate)
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation
Cloud / DevOps Engineer
Design and manage cloud infrastructure for client products across AWS and GCP. You'll build CI/CD pipelines, define infrastructure-as-code, and own reliability SLAs across a growing portfolio of production systems.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years in a DevOps / platform engineering role
- Terraform, AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, CloudFront)
- GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD experience
- On-call experience and incident management
Senior UI/UX Designer
Lead the design of web and mobile products from discovery to handoff. You'll run user research, create component-driven design systems in Figma, and work closely with engineers so the finished product matches the design.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Expert in Figma (auto layout, variables, prototyping)
- Experience designing B2B SaaS or consumer apps
- Strong understanding of design systems and component thinking
Senior QA / Test Automation Engineer
Own testing on our projects. You'll set the test strategy, build automated suites with Playwright or Cypress, define release criteria and decide when a build is ready to ship.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years in software QA
- Production test suites in Playwright, Cypress or Jest
- CI/CD pipeline integration
- API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar)
