What seniority levels are available?
We focus on mid to senior engineers (3–10+ years). We don't place juniors — every engineer we place is expected to contribute meaningfully from the first sprint, without a long ramp-up.
Can we interview the engineer before committing?
Yes, always. We share profiles and you run your own technical interview. We never place someone without your approval.
What if it's not working out?
We offer a 2-week trial sprint specifically to validate the fit. If it's not right, you stop — no questions asked, no penalty. Beyond the trial, engagements have a 2-week notice period.
Do you offer teams, not just individuals?
